It is an old treatment method coming from traditional Chinese medicine. The first mention of it is more than 5000 years old. Her supporters were, for example, Hippocrates or the famous Roman physician Galén. This method is also known as bank massage or vacuum therapy. This is the addition of glass flasks in which a vacuum (vacuum) is created by means of a burning roll.
This causes them to be stuck on the skin. The flasks are applied to critical areas, such as muscle lumps or reflex changes, and are left there for 5-20 minutes. Strong vacuum of the flasks in one place results in blood bruises that are absorbed after a few days.
The banks can also be easily walked over the pre-lubricated back with oil, resulting in significant blood flow to the skin.
What do we influence by banking?
The circulation of blood through the massage bank increases the oxygenation of the painful spots. Subsequently, the pollutants are washed away and the metabolism around the massaged area is improved.
Surprisingly, pain relief can be felt and the function of the respective internal organs is also adjusted.
